Claris: In my oppinion , too much of all these can lead to cancer, high blood pressure , heart disease and even diabetes. Thus, all of us should avoid eating too much of all these in order to keep our body fit and healthy.

My favourite foods in Singapore are satays, prawns, Otahs, kueh kueh, ketupat, nasi lemak, mee goreng,Chilli crab,Western food and Hokkien Mee.3 different eating places that i prefer are hawker centre, food court and restaurant.Basic production techniques were developed in the late 1950's in Malaysia, and in Hawaii and Israel during the last three decades. In 1984, the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Experiment Station, Mississippi State University, started an extensive research program to develop and evaluate management practices that would ultimately establish commercial production techniques for freshwater prawns. The process of shedding the shell is called "molting," and weight and size increases occur principally soon after each molt. Because of these periodic molts, growth occurs in distinct increments, rather than continuously. I like prawns and there is a restaurant that is available near the Bukit Timah Reserve.I don't really think that thee is a bus available to the restaurant. One bad habit that Singaporeans do at food centre is that they waste food and later the crows will come which is very unhygenic.

Now in singapore, food centres are no longer dirty and warm.

They are all clean and even some are air-conditioned.

The food being served are much more healtier as singaporeans are more health conscious now. To have a even healthier meal, you can ask for: LESS OIL or SUGAR or SALT and MORE VEGETABLES!~

[This is a eating well plate. Hope that it can help you]

8 tips for eating well!

base your meals on starchy food

eat lots of fruit and vegetables

eat more fish

cut down on saturated fat and sugar

drink plenty of water

don't skip breakfast

[remember all this tips; it will help you]
*if you do have anymore tips, feel free to tell us at our cbox!~

Nasi Lemak in english generally means ' Rice in Cream'.

One bad habit that singaporeans like to do at the food centre is that they use a packet of tissue to 'chope' their seats.
